Introduction
Welcome to the CDMX Pub Crawl! By participating in our pub crawl events, you and all participants joining agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Participation
Participants must be of legal drinking age (18 in Mexico). ID may be required. The CDMX Pub Crawl is a social event intended for responsible adults.
Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge that the CDMX Pub Crawl involves visiting multiple venues and that there are risks associated with such activities. The organizers, including their employees and affiliates, will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, or any other loss, whether direct or consequential, arising from any incident that may occur during the pub crawl.
Personal Safety and Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings. The CDMX Pub Crawl team is not responsible for assisting with lost or stolen items, nor are they liable if a participant becomes lost or separated from the group.
Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the crawl without refund.
Itinerary and Venues
The CDMX Pub Crawl reserves the right to change the pub crawl route, venues, and drink deals without prior notice. Such changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or to ensure the best experience for all participants.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations by participants must be made within 24 hours before the start of the crawl for a full refund. No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.
Weather Conditions
The pub crawl operates in most weather conditions. However, in the case of extreme weather that poses a safety risk, the event may be rescheduled or cancelled with the option for participants to rebook or receive a refund.
Photography and Media
By participating, you consent to the use of your image in photos and videos for promotional purposes by the CDMX Pub Crawl, without compensation.
Compliance with Local Laws
Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations, including those related to alcohol consumption and public behavior.
Health and Safety
Participants should be in good health and free from any adverse medical conditions. For those with medical conditions, participating in the pub crawl is at their own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
The CDMX Pub Crawl reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the CDMX Pub Crawl indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
